Cancellation Policy

If you need to postpone or cancel your tour/travel due to unavoidable reasons, please notify
us in writing.
The effective date for calculating cancellation charges will be the date we receive your
written communication.
Charges applicable:
30 days before arrival: 0% of tour cost
15–29 days before arrival: 10% of tour cost
7–14 days before arrival: 20% of tour cost
2–6 days before arrival: 50% of tour cost
Less than 48 hours or no show: No Refund

Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

Identification Requirements
Guests above 18 years must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Accepted IDs: Driver’s License, Voter ID Card, Passport, Aadhar Card.
Not Accepted: PAN Card.
Without valid ID, check-in will be denied. Pench global venture will not be
responsible for such cases.

Room & Extra Charges
Extra adult/child charges and additional facilities not included in booking will be
charged by the hotel.
Extra bed (if included) will be a folding cot or mattress (as per hotel policy).
Room tariff includes all taxes but excludes optional services such as minibar, snacks,
phone calls, etc., which will be charged at check-out.

Hotel Policies
Right of Admission: Hotels reserve the right of admission. Accommodation may be
denied to guests posing as a couple without suitable proof of identity.
Local Residents: Some hotels may deny check-in to local residents; Safari Trip
Adventures Co. will not be responsible for such cases or refunds.
Bed Type Preference: Double/twin bed preference is subject to availability at the
hotel

Check-In/Check-Out Timings:

Check-in/check-out times vary by hotel and are
mentioned on the confirmation voucher. For early check-in or late check-out, please
confirm directly with the hotel.

Booking Modifications
Any booking modifications will be subject to availability and the hotel’s booking
policy.
Applicable cancellation/modification charges will be payable by the guest.
Waiver of such charges, if any, is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Company Rights
Pench global venture reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to
add, modify, change, replace, extend, or withdraw any terms, offers, or policies.
Refund Policy
If payment is made via UPI/credit/debit card, refunds will be credited to the same
payment method.
In other cases, refunds will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.

We are not liable for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our
control, including but not limited to:

All hotel information, including category, images, room type, amenities, and facilities,
is provided by the hotel to Pench global venture and is for reference only.
Any discrepancies between website images and actual hotel conditions should be
addressed directly with the hotel. Pench global venture is not responsible for
resolving such discrepancies.

Seasonal & Special Charges
 The charges mentioned above are not applicable on Festival Dates, Long Weekends
& Special Dates. For such dates, guests are required to contact us to confirm the
applicable charges.
 Mandatory Christmas/New Year gala dinner, 25th December brunch, or 1st January
brunch charges (if applicable) must be paid directly at the hotel/resort.
 Any city/local taxes applicable will be payable directly to the hotel/resort.
