safari bookings, tour packages, and services provided through this site are subject to availability, confirmation by our team (via phone, email, or official communication), and the terms outlined below.
Payment Terms
Safari Bookings: Full payment is required in advance to confirm your reservation.
Tour Packages & Other Services: 50% advance payment at booking; remaining balance
payable on arrival.
During peak seasons (long weekends, festivals, holidays), full payment is mandatory in
advance for hassle-free confirmation.
Payments:
All payments must be made directly to our official bank account via secure payment
gateways.
Pench Global Venture is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party
payment providers.
Taxes & Charges:
Guests are responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges, or additional fees.
Any government-imposed changes in safari permits, guide fees, fuel surcharges, or
hotel taxes after booking will be communicated, and the differential amount charged
accordingly.
Accommodation:
If your chosen hotel or lodge is unavailable, we will provide alternate accommodation
of the same category. Any upgrades will incur additional charges.
Liability Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for accidents, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions due to natural disasters, strikes,
pandemics, transport issues, or government regulations are beyond our control.
Liabilities & Limitations
f your safari booking cannot be confirmed due to technical issues or unavailability,
the full amount will be refunded.
 Published itineraries are indicative; changes may occur due to weather, wildlife
movement, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 Madhya Pradesh core zones close every Wednesday afternoon, while Maharashtra
zones follow their own weekly closures. Holi and Diwali closures also apply.
 Hotel, airline, and third-party service rates may change without notice. We reserve
the right to revise pricing accordingly.
Mode of Payment
 Accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Online Banking
 International payments: Wire transfer or MasterCard/Visa authorization
 Payments in India: Cash, traveler’s cheques, MasterCard/Visa/American Express
 Note: Credit card transactions may incur bank/processing charges.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
Safari Bookings:
 Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-modifiable.
Resorts, Tour Packages & Other Services:
 Must notify us in writing via email for cancellations/postponements. Charges apply as
follows:
30+ days prior: 10% of total cost
15–29 days prior: 30% of total cost
7–14 days prior: 40% of total cost
2–6 days prior: 50% of total cost
Less than 48 hours / No-show: No refund
 Refunds (if applicable) are credited within 7–10 working days.
 Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year) may have special
cancellation policies, communicated at the time of booking.
Amendments
Pench Global Venture reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms &
Conditions or any current offers at any time without prior notice.
